Bena Charity Distributes Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) Assistance to 31 Beneficiaries in Al-Mokha District – Taiz Governorate.

As part of its ongoing humanitarian efforts to support displaced persons and host communities, Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) has launched the first round of Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) assistance, benefiting 31 individuals in Al-Mokha District, Taiz Governorate. The activity aims to ease the suffering of displaced families who have been evicted or are at risk of eviction, by providing critical support to improve their living conditions.

This initiative is implemented under the project:
“IDPs Sites Management and Coordination and Provision of Lifesaving WASH and Shelter Assistance (Salh-Taiz) and Protection Assistance (AIMukha and Mawza – West Coast) to Vulnerable IDPs and HC”, funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).

The activity seeks to promote housing stability and enhance the resilience of vulnerable families by addressing their HLP-related needs and helping them access secure and dignified living arrangements.

The distribution event was attended by Alaa Abdulrab, Program and Monitoring Officer at the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF); Mohammed Al-Masawi, Director of the Executive Unit for IDPs Camps Management in Al-Mokha District; and Hisham Al-Hasha’i, Protection Cluster Coordinator for the West Coast, along with several local stakeholders.
