Bena Charity for Human Development has completed the delivery of 49 waste containers to the Cleaning and Improvement Fund in Taiz Governorate, in support of public sanitation efforts and environmental services in Salah District, particularly in areas affected by displacement.
This activity is part of the project:
“IDPs Sites Management and Coordination and Provision of Lifesaving WASH and Shelter Assistance (Salh-Taiz) and Protection Assistance (AIMukha and Mawza – West Coast) to Vulnerable IDPs and HC”, funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).
The delivery aims to improve hygiene conditions and reduce the accumulation of solid waste, especially in residential neighborhoods and IDP hosting sites, contributing to better public health and environmental outcomes in the district.
Bena Charity reaffirms its commitment to continued coordination with local authorities and the Cleaning Fund to ensure sustainable service delivery and tangible impact for the most vulnerable communities.
