As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional capacities and enhance performance, Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) organized a specialized training course titled “Change Management and Organizational Development.” The course targeted members of the administrative board and staff of the foundation.
The training was delivered by Dr. Mohammed Noaman, who covered key concepts of institutional change, the importance of managing change in development work environments, and effective strategies for leading change. He also introduced modern tools for organizational development and their impact on improving institutional performance.
This training comes as part of BCFHD’s broader capacity-building efforts aimed at fostering organizational resilience and maximizing sustainable impact.
