Bena Charity Conducts an Orientation Workshop for Child Protection Sub-Cluster Partners on Case Management Standards and Referral Pathways in Taiz.

Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD), in partnership with Save the Children and in coordination with the Child Protection Sub-Cluster – Taiz Hub, Orientation Workshop for CP AoR Partners on Case Management Criteria and Referral Pathways – Taiz.

The one-day workshop brought together 24 participants representing 24 organizations working in the field of child protection in Taiz Governorate. It aimed to strengthen partners’ understanding of child protection risks, case management standards, and safe referral pathways to ensure that cases are directed to appropriate services in a timely and effective manner.

The workshop also sought to enhance coordination among partners to improve the quality of services provided to children at risk, through the activation of mutual referrals among organizations operating in the same districts, thereby ensuring a comprehensive and effective response to the needs of vulnerable children.

This workshop comes as part of the Protection component under the Integrated Response Project to Address Nutrition and Protection Needs amid the Protracted Humanitarian Crisis in Taiz Governorate (Al-Mawaset, Al-Ma’afer, and Maqbanah Districts), implemented in partnership with Save the Children and funded by Global Affairs Canda-International Humanitarian Assistance.
