Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) has launched a six-day training course titled “Strategic and Operational Planning” for its staff, as part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional capacity and enhance planning and management efficiency.
The course, delivered by Dr. Hamoud Al-Hammadi, aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to develop strategic and operational plans using systematic and evidence-based approaches. It also seeks to strengthen their ability to align institutional goals with practical implementation plans, thereby improving performance quality and ensuring organizational sustainability.
This training is part of BCFHD’s capacity-building program, which focuses on developing the competencies of its staff across administrative and technical areas, and enhancing institutional processes to effectively achieve the organization’s mission and vision in serving the community.
