BCFHD has concluded the course of “Managing the Psychological Stresses Affecting Workers in the Humanitarian Sector.

BCFHD has concluded the course of “Managing the Psychological Stresses Affecting Workers in the Humanitarian Sector”, which was organized over two consecutive days for BCFHD’s employees, as part of the Capacity Rehabilitation Program for the organization’s Workers.

The course was presented by Magdi Al-Qabati, who focused on many aspects, most notably the definition of work stress and psychological stress, sources of stress, symptoms, effects, types of stress. Besides to methods and strategies for managing the stress by the organization as well as by employees, in addition to positive pressure.

The course also dealt with Antares’ stress management methodology and its eight principles.

The session came out with suggestions and recommendations that would contribute to enhancing the performance of workers under various pressures, and managing them in appropriate ways.
