The Women and Child Protection Sector at Bena Charity has organized an intensive training course on “Fundamentals of Fieldwork for Community Committees”. The aim of this course is to enhance the capacity of community committees operating in the directorates of Al-Muzaffar, Salah, and Al-Qahira, and to empower them to serve their local communities.

A large number of female members of community committees participated in the course. They received theoretical and practical training on a range of essential skills, including:
Identifying community needs
Project planning and implementation
Resource management
Research and communication
Conflict resolution

At the conclusion of the course, the participants expressed their satisfaction with the valuable information they had acquired, emphasizing the importance of such courses in developing their skills and empowering them to contribute effectively to the development of their communities.
