Bena Charity for Human Development organized a specialized training course entitled “Procedures for Writing and Implementing an Operational Plan,” through which it aimed to raise the efficiency of its employees in the field of administrative planning and implementation.

The course was presented by Dr. Hammoud Al Hammadi, during which he discussed the basic concepts of the operational plan, the steps for preparing it, and the mechanisms for transforming general objectives into executive activities and tasks that can be measured and evaluated.

This course comes within the framework of the association’s endeavor to develop the capabilities of its administrative cadres and achieve the highest levels of efficiency in implementing its development programs and projects.
