Bena charity for Human Development (BCFHD) has launched a specialized training program in the field of child protection and case management. The program targets the capacity building of social workers operating in the districts of Al-Mawaset, Al-Ma’afer, and Maqbanah in Taiz Governorate, within project of “Integrated Nutrition and Protection Response to Complex Crisis in Taiz – Al Ma’afer, Al Mawasit, and Maqbanah districts”.

Seven social workers are participating in the seven-day training, which aims to enhance their technical skills and empower them to effectively assess and respond to cases of children at risk, in accordance with the approved standards of case management.

This initiative is implemented in partnership with Save the Children and Funded by Global Affairs Canda-International Humanitarian Assistance, as part of joint efforts to strengthen child protection services in the most affected areas and deliver an integrated response to the most vulnerable and at-risk children.
