Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) participated in a specialized international training program targeting institutions working in the field of orphan care. The program is implemented by the Orphan Care Union, with the participation of 25 organizations from 10 countries around the world.
The program aims to enhance the capacities of orphan care staff in program management, data analysis, and the preparation of reports and media materials, through the effective use of artificial intelligence tools and technologies. This contributes to improving operational efficiency and enhancing the quality of services provided to orphans.
The program includes 30 training hours delivered through 10 online training sessions.
The program is implemented in cooperation with DigiSteps – Digital Steps Company, under the leadership of Dr. Ahmed Al-Zeer, an expert in institutional entrepreneurship and digital transformation.
