Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) launched the distribution of unconditional cash assistance to 249 households in Mawza District as part of the project, “Enhancing Food Security through Life-Saving Emergency Assistance for Vulnerable IDPs, Host Communities, and Returnees in Mawza and Al Makha Districts, Taiz Governorate,” funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).

The assistance targeted 249 of the most vulnerable households in Al Arish area, Al Awashiqah sub-district, including households living in the IDP camps in the area, with the aim of contributing to improved food security, enabling targeted families to meet their basic needs, and alleviating the humanitarian and economic challenges they face.
