Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) received a delegation from Oxfam in Taiz City today, Tuesday. The delegation held a meeting with the charity’s leadership and Livelihoods Sector team as part of efforts to strengthen partnership and coordination between the two organizations.

The meeting discussed the partnership between BCFHD and Oxfam and reviewed key previous and ongoing interventions and activities. Discussions also focused on the organization’s accumulated experience in livelihoods programming and efforts to further strengthen and expand its impact on beneficiaries.

The meeting also explored opportunities to develop future livelihoods interventions and build on lessons learned and previous experiences to design and implement more sustainable activities that respond effectively to the needs of targeted communities.

The visit reflects the ongoing commitment of BCFHD and Oxfam to strengthening communication and coordination, sharing knowledge and experience, and enhancing livelihoods interventions to support households and communities, improve income opportunities, and strengthen resilience.
