The Community Center of Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) has launched a training program targeting a number of staff members from the executive offices of the Local Authority, aiming to strengthen their capacities and develop their administrative and organizational skills.

Facilitated by trainer Muath Al-Soufi, the program covers three key areas: Secretarial and Archiving, Planning, and Risk Management, contributing to enhancing participants’ efficiency and strengthening their practical skills in work organization, planning, and managing potential risks and challenges.

The program is part of the Community Center’s efforts to support capacity building and provide training opportunities that contribute to improved institutional performance and stronger capacities among staff working in executive offices.
