Today marked the conclusion of the workshop

“Enhancing Climate Resilience and Emergency Response in Taiz,”

implemented by Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) in partnership with the Scientific Professional Microbiologists Association, under the patronage of the Agriculture and Irrigation Office in Taiz Governorate.

The second and final day featured a session titled:

“Yemen in the Eye of the Climate Storm: Health Impacts, Adaptation Strategies, and the Path Toward Sustainable Development.”

The session highlighted major climate-related challenges and their health impacts, while emphasizing the importance of effective adaptation strategies and sustainable response mechanisms to address climate change.

The workshop comes as part of BCFHD’s ongoing efforts to raise community awareness, strengthen partnerships, and support sustainable development and resilience-building initiatives in the face of environmental and climate challenges.
